Para resumir: el 90% de la financiación de estas comunidades viene de la parte cedida de IRPF, IVA e impuestos especiales y de varios fondos complementarios de diferente cuantía. Alabamos parte del sistema (el reparto del IRPF, IVA e impuestos especiales, que es razonable sin ser perfecto), pero criticamos su innecesaria complejidad.
