    GRANT PARK — Weather conditions at the Sueños Music Festival resulted in an early closure and day two delays, but when the sun was out, thousands gathered to celebrate Latin music artists over Memorial Day weekend. The festival — whose name translates to “Dreams” — is in its third year and sold out in five days, promising big-name headliners including Rauw Alejandro, Ivan Cornejo and Maluma. Peso Pluma, the Sunday night headliner, had his performance cancelled in the wake of storm evacuations.
