    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Officials with the United States Postal Service say they are looking to fill several openings across Indiana. Several job fairs are set for Thursday, May 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Officials say it’s an opportunity for job seekers to ask questions. They say the positions pay up to $20.38 per hour, plus benefits. There are job fairs set for several towns, including Oakland City at 130 West Harrison Street, Owensville at 100 South Mill Street, and Poseyville at 41 S.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Lloyd4U work continues this week with a traffic pattern change on the east side. They’ll be between Boeke Road and Green River Road. Officials say beginning on or after Tuesday, May 13, crews will shift traffic to newly built sections to complete work on the outside of the roadway. Two lanes of travel in each direction will remain open during the new traffic phase. The traffic shift will mark the final phases of construction at Stockwell and the Lloyd Expressway.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - An Evansville mother is facing child neglect charges after police say they found her high on meth. Police say it happened Friday night on Belmar Lane. They say 31-year-old Vincenzina Bullock asked her neighbor to keep her four children over night and to get rid of a meth pipe. Police say Bullock was afraid DCS would come over because her husband was arrested on a warrant while he was with the youngest child.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police say they arrested a man for driving drunk, and they also found he had a warrant and no license. Officers say Friday night, shortly before 9 p.m., they spotted a car drifting off Norman Avenue. They say it ran onto the sidewalk, but then got back on the road and turned on Franklin Street. Once again, officers say the driver ran off the road and onto the sidewalk.

    EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police are investigating a case of animal cruelty. They say they were called Friday night to a home on Crystal Court. Police say it was reported that a large number of animals had been abandoned in the home without any food or water. Officers say they found several animals inside and contacted animal control.
