I watched this guy today while waiting for Manchester Central library to open. OK - his PA was loud but he wasn’t threatening or violent or rude and he was on his own. This kind of protest is against the law apparently.

In M’cr today and came across a German student sitting on the curb. He wasn’t pissed or high - but needed an ambulance. He clearly had an underlying condition given the monitor on his wrist. He rang 999 and was told the wait was 8 hours. We took him in an Uber.
