The organization serves Nashville area teens by providing a safe environment where they can come after school and participate in various activities. Alonzo says the organization was founded by Christian musician Michael W. Smith as a place for teens to gather and connect instead of roaming the streets. Activities include a skate park, a recording studio, and an E Sports room.

A few years ago, a group of artists were invited to exhibit and sell their creations on the porch of the former Florida Artists Gallery in Floral City. The gallery closed, but the artists still gather weekly and will continue their tradition as part of Floral City’s Heritage Days on Saturday, Dec. 2, on the porch of the Zimmerman House, 8441 Orange Ave.
