Megan Khang of Rockland captured the CPKC Women’s Open at Vancouver in a playoff Sunday for her first victory on the LPGA Tour. Khang defeated World No. 4 Jin Young Ko on the first extra hole. The playoff was anticlimactic, the opposite of the fourth round. Ko hit her tee shot out of bounds and took an unplayable. Khang was right down the middle. Ko made double bogey and Khang eased home with a two-putt par for the victory. On the 18th tee, Khang trailed by a shot for the first time all day.
