This morning brings mainly clear skies and another cool start out-the-door, as temperatures hover in the lower 40s. A solid, quiet start underway but maybe have that coat, for the start of the day. This afternoon, clouds will be increasing, as shower chances rise slowly from the west to east. Temperatures will steadily rise, back to more seasonal temperatures in the middle 60s, on southeast winds at 12-18 mph.

Clear skies, light winds and stable air are creating a chillier start this morning out-the-door as temperatures hover in the 30s in most locations. Patchy frost at sunrise is possible in the outlying, more rural areas. Bright sun will be a dominant feature for the morning rush hour and a coat will be needed for the bus stop. This afternoon will be the brightest of the week, as temperatures steadily climb to 60° and winds remain steady around 5-11 mph from the northwest.

Cooler air is now flowing into the state, on west to northwest winds, resulting in our coolest day of the week underway. Expect plenty of dry time this morning and throughout the afternoon but shower chances will remain off and on. Out-the-door, temperatures will hold in the upper 40s, so be sure to have that jacket in hand. This afternoon will bring mostly cloudy skies, gusty northwest winds between 12-28 mph, with higher gusts at times.

Increasing clouds and breezy winds in the forecast later today but dry weather to start out-the-door. Expect a milder start and a few breaks in the clouds at sunrise, while temperatures hold around 60°. This afternoon will bring temperatures to around 70°, as a cold front slips across the state. A few showers will be possible but most areas will remain fairly dry, as winds remain breezy from the west at 10-20 mph.

Limited shower chances are winding down now, as clouds are slowly decreasing across the state this morning. The passage of a cold front this morning will bring morning temperatures into the upper 50s at sunrise, as we dry out from west to east. No doubt, clean up and a better picture of how much impact there was from last night's tornado across central Indiana will come into focus.
