Trending quiet and mild looking ahead

Overall, our weather pattern will continue to trend quiet and relatively mild for this time of the year. Look for clouds to continue overhead this evening/overnight, keeping us in the lower 20s waking up President’s Day morning. We are dodging the first of two Clippers Monday, with the second scooting farther to our north Wednesday into Thursday.

Temperatures are heading back into the lower to middle 70s this afternoon, after we finally clear out the stubborn clouds. Wind will remain light out of the S/SE, enough though to keep the humidity up a little once again.

We are tracking a very nice warm-up as we are wrapping up September this weekend. Saturday, September’s last day, will be very warm in the lower 80s. Sunday, the start of October, will be a copy/paste of Saturday’s forecast, with more sunshine and highs in the lower 80s. Both days are running about 10-15° above-average!
Another dreary day Wednesday

Just like all-week, we are tracking more low clouds, a little fog, and a few showers. The light rain chance will be the reason for the slight uptick in the humidity once again, as well as our highs in the upper 60s. Even though they aren’t quite the 70s or 80s, temperatures like we’ll be feeling Wednesday are where they should be for this time of the year.
Weekend warm-up on the way

We are tracking a nice weekend warm-up on the way for the Weather First Area. Highs are expected to reach the upper 70s, and possibly the lower 80s for a few of us! That will be running about 10-15° above-average for this time of the year. In other words, even though we are now into fall, we are going to be feeling a lot more like summer Saturday and Sunday (October 1).
