Jim Strong is a US based artist and musician who in recent years has left a trail of enigmatic releases on labels such as Vitrine, More Mars and Chocolate Monk. He will also be familiar to some for his past work with Melkings, Eyes of the Amaryllis, and Weyesblood. Now HoP is pleased to announce Jim’s first solo vinyl outing. My Enemies Are Mine To Keep is Jim’s most clearly defined statement to date.

I am 84 years old and a retired teacher. My wife is also retired from education. During the past two years, we have had to call 911 on several occasions including one "citizen assist" call. This included four trips to Island Health Emergency Room. In addition to the AFD, we have contacted the APD on a couple of occasions for help with sensitive situations. In every instance, the persons who brought us help were skilled, compassionate and thoughtful.
