It was a great reward for a whirlwind few days for Ian Seymour. The former St. John's star who grew up in Westborough was called up by the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday prior to their game against Miami to help a tired bullpen. Seymour didn't appear in the game, but remained with the team for their trip to Fenway Park for a series against the Red Sox on Monday. "I don't know it if script it any better," Seymour told Rays television broadcaster Ryan Bass.
