In our study to investigate the impact of two newly synthesized compounds (XP5 and XP19) alongside a positive control drug (CAY10603) on the expression levels of various target proteins─specifically, AC-α-Tubulin, α-Tubulin, SMC3, Ac-H3, H3, Ac-SMC3, and apoptosis-related antibodies (Ac-Ku70, Ku70, Bcl-2, Bax)─we conducted a series of experiments on different tumor cell lines, including Jurkat-T cells and B16-F10 cells.

Abstract Aims The optimal procedure for the treatment of ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) remains controversial. The aim of this study was to compare the outcome of anterior cervical ossified posterior longitudinal ligament en bloc resection (ACOE) with posterior laminectomy and fusion with bone graft and internal fixation (PTLF) for the surgical management of patients with this condition.
