    Teams from Worcestershire County Council's highways department battled through Storm Darragh to keep roads across the region clear. The team received 150 callouts to fallen trees across Worcestershire over the weekend, with many of these call outs involving multiple trees in the same location. Storm Darragh brought 60 mph winds to the county throughout Saturday morning and into Sunday afternoon. The council had ten tree gangs on duty at any given time working to clear roads and footpaths.
