Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life, often associated with well-known symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. However, beyond these common signs, many women experience a range of obscure and often surprising symptoms that can be confusing and even alarming. These lesser-known symptoms are not widely discussed, leaving many of us to wonder if what we are are experiencing is normal.

I had Moxi laser to my face, neck, and chest, with BBL also to my chest. The reason I chose this treatment (apart from being guided by my doctor) is because I have had BBL before and I have seen the results, and Moxi I have heard exceptionally good reviews about. I wanted to address my pigmentation, skin texture and tone and on my chest, my redness, veins, and sun damage.

I peed myself. There, I’ve said it. It started a year ago, well into perimenopause. I was walking along and needed to go to the loo. I thought I’d wait until I got home, it wasn’t that urgent. Bad move, bad, bad move. The next day, out on my evening walk with the hub, I sneezed. Fuck, I’ve peed myself again. And so, it started. My first reaction was what just happened to me. I never put it down to perimenopause because it wasn’t something I had heard of.
