It's election time and I am voting for incumbent Belia Ramos for District 5 supervisor. Belia has represented her district and the county of Napa effectively and in a well-balanced way. Being an excellent supervisor requires much more than representing agencies just in Napa, it also means representing agencies in the much larger greater Bay Area Region where Napa is one of nine counties.
