I booked a tour to parts of Europe in September, and originally I said they could go ahead and book the flights too. I was worried about being put into a middle seat for so many hours. Then I decided to go from Prague to Faro Portugal for a GO SEE the area as a resident before I go to Houston to apply for my VISA. I canceled my flight through this tour company. Today I looked, and OH MY flights are very reasonable. Like $680 roundtrip to and from Zurich.

I am listing a loft in downtown Denver this week, and went over comparables with the Seller, and boy, HOA condo fees are sure all over the board! They range from just over $400 to $1300 per month. It does depend on the amenities the building offers also. Denver has an abundant hail events and most every year, which sure affects these HOA fees. Bottom line, obviously the HOA fee will sway a buyer's decision one way or the other depending on their finances, or what they can afford.

This past week was not only busy trying to negotiate an inspection objection, as well as a low appraisal, but decided I better participate in the neighborhood garage sale.Â Â Afterall, I need to get rid of A LOT before next year!Â Â So, Thursday, brought lots up from the basement, including one metal shelf that I could not get completely apart.Â Of course, coming up the stairs it scraped the ceiling, now have paint repair.
Nuggets Advance, Avalanche do not....

Nuggets were playing at home Saturday evening, and with a roaring crowd! It looks as if the Clippers lost their energy halfway through the game, and the Nuggets took advantage. They were up over 25 points and handily won the game 120-101. They play Oklahoma City in the next playoff game. Not sure why, but both our games were playing Saturday night, luckily, the Nuggets started at 5:30 pm, and the Avs started at 6 pm, so so had to choose which game to watch, but missed some of the Avs Game.

I was THINKING AI was just a fleeting fad, but now thinking it isn't going away anytime soon. I still prefer to write my own stuff, but some homeowners like to "revamp" them. There was another AI class offered by one of our local title companies a couple of days ago, and thought I would see what was offered. This title company has a program that you can sign up for (free) and offers lots of marketing, ability to write descriptions and brand recognition.

Last night the Denver Nuggets lost their game, tieing up the series with the LA Clippers 3-3, and then the Colorado Avalanche won their won their game tieing up the series 3-3!Denver fans are elated to have both teams doing well, but they schedule them on the same night! Neither start until 8 pm, so tough to stay awake to wake until the end if you have appointments in the morning. I always look at my phone to see the results when I wake. Can that happen again this year???
