AbstractTo study the dynamic characteristics of the cable-stayed beam structures, a dynamic analysis model is established based on the dynamic stiffness theory, which considers the bending stiffness, internal damping, boundary conditions, cable sag, cable force. Based on the model, a frequency equation of the cable-stayed beam element is obtained and the dynamic characteristics are accurate analyzed by solving this equation.
