PHOENIX (CN) — An Arizona jury found Lori Vallow Daybell, the media-dubbed “Doomsday Mom” who murdered her two children whom she said were turned to zombies, guilty on Tuesday of conspiring to murder her ex-husband Charles Vallow. “This is a good day,” Vallow’s younger brother Jerry Vallow said. “We won.”More then 40 spectators, including 16 reporters and true crime podcasters and five members of Vallow’s family, sat silently in a Phoenix courtroom as the bailiff read the verdict.

PHOENIX (CN) — "Doomsday Mom" Lori Vallow Daybell took one last stab at proving her innocence Monday before a jury began considering her guilt in the 2019 killing of her ex-husband. Vallow Daybell’s fourth husband, Charles Vallow, was shot twice in the chest in Chandler, Arizona, around the same time Vallow Daybell and her lover Chad Daybell murdered Vallow Daybell’s two children and Daybell’s wife Tammy, for which the lovers were convicted in Idaho in 2023.

PHOENIX (CN) — Lori Vallow Daybell will call no witnesses nor testify in her ongoing murder conspiracy trial, she told a Maricopa County judge Wednesday afternoon. State prosecutors, who accuse Vallow Daybell of conspiring with her brother to murder her ex-husband Charles Vallow in July 2019, rested their case-in-chief Wednesday and plan to give closing arguments Monday.
