Breaking News. There have been multiple arrests made in connection with the death of Matthew Perry, including at least one doctor, per TMZ. A plane has crashed near Boca Raton airport in Florida, police have said. Casualties have been reported. Boca Raton Police said the N. Military Trail was closed between NW 19th St. and Butts Rd. and the I-95 overpass at Glades Rd. was also closed eastbound and westbound. Police advised people to avoid the area.

President Donald Trump has accused Mexico of stealing water from Texas, citing a 1944 treaty.
