A Fort Myers man was arrested Monday after he allegedly threw a Chihuahua off a third-floor apartment balcony during a fight with the dog's owner. According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to BluePearl Pet Hospital located at 9500 Marketplace Road Sunday morning. A veterinarian told deputies that a man had brought his 7-year-old Chihuahua, Raven, to the hospital with serious injuries.

A man was arrested Monday after police say he was exposing himself and walking naked on Naples Beach. According to the Naples Police Department, at around 12:39 p.m., officers responded to Third Avenue N. after receiving a call about a man under an umbrella who was walking naked on the beach. A beach patrol specialist told officers he saw a man, identified as Richard Mansfield, 74, lying naked in a chair in plain view of beachgoers.
