It didn’t take long for Pima County supervisors to appoint their newest colleague. Andrés Cano, a former legislator and House Democratic leader who works at the City of Tucson and used to work at the District 5 office, got the job. Supervisor Jen Allen nominated him, Supervisor Matt Heinz seconded Allen’s nomination and Supervisor Rex Scott joined them.
