(Joe Gromelski/Special to Stars and Stripes) ARLINGTON, Va. — Sam Chelanga, who ran at Liberty University and is now a U.S. Army officer wearing the colors of Fort Liberty, won the 40th Army Ten Miler Sunday on the streets of Arlington, Va., and Washington. The two-time NCAA champion at 10,000 meters toured the course in a time of 48:39.24, a 4:52 mile pace.
