The original brass is in a Belgium church that was destroyed in World War II. The scene depicts Rebecca De Mornay standing in front of Mary and the baby Jesus.     Dear Helaine and Joe: I inherited this chest from my parents. It was shipped to them from Saudi Arabia in 1968, and they referred to it as the "Kuwaiti chest." My father said it was dug up in the desert somewhere. It measures 52 inches wide by 22 inches tall. Any information would be appreciated, and should I be concerned about sun damage since I have it in a room under a window? Referring to this piece as a "figurine" is probably technically correct.

    Dear Helaine and Joe: This pail amazes me. The fact that it has lasted 131 years as a pail is crazy. It is copper and is 9 inches high by 15 inches wide at the top and 11 inches at the bottom. I would like to know if you have any idea what the value might be and why it has two patent dates on it — April 27, 1869, and March 15, 1870? Thank you.
