The Philadelphia rapper was in New York City when paramedics received a 911 call in Lower Manhattan. Uzi was reportedly wheeled out of the reception of a luxury building on a stretcher at around 2:30pm on April 21st, before being transferred to an ambulance. Security guards held up several black umbrellas to block the view of paparazzi and bystanders.

The Bad Boy founder was hit with similar allegations in two previous lawsuits by separate women. His trial begins on May 5th after being arrested in September.

A jury announced the verdict on April 10th, deciding the rapper (real name DeAndre Way) acted with malice, oppression or fraud. He was also made to pay another $250,000 in punitive damages.
