    Villagers say 'dangerous' new plans for more home will 'increase risk of accidents or injury' - particularly to walkers. An outline planning application has been submitted to North Yorkshire Council to build at least nine houses in a field off Blewhouse Lane on the outskirts of Finghall, in lower Wensleydale. But more than 40 objections have already ben lodged against the plans, with residents fearing the development would compromise the village's safety.
