On Tuesday, the X account for the US president’s Trump memecoin—which is administered by Fight Fight Fight LLC, formed by longtime Trump ally Bill Zanker—announced plans to launch a crypto wallet and trading platform in partnership with NFT marketplace Magic Eden.

My X account was hacked and used early yesterday morning to promote a fraudulent $WIRED memecoin. The posts have since been removed and I have regained access to the account. For clarity, WIRED does not operate any branded crypto coins.
