    City of Del Rio Police Department press releaseOn April 15th, 2025, at approximately 6:15 p.m. the Del Rio Police Department responded to the 100 block of East Garfield Street for a burglary in progress. The caller reported a male subject was attempting to gain entry into the building by using an axe. Upon arrival police located a male subject matching the description provided by the caller still at the scene.
