    Sol Azteca Mexican Kitchen, a family-owned Mexican restaurant located in Mesa, is getting ready to open a new location in South Chandler on the northeast corner of Arizona and Riggs. The company’s second location is set to move into a new development that will include a handful of new tenants, including Morning Glory Brunchery, D’Moonlight Nails, Twisted Sugar, and more. Co-owner Violeta Cortez tells What Now Phoenix that the company hopes to open this location in about three or four months.

Previously, What Now reported that a new “German-style” beer garden, tentatively named Adams Avenue Beer Garden, is preparing to debut in University Heights at 2611 Adams Avenue, led by local real estate developer Michael Donovan.
