DiscussionThe study assessed patients’ awareness, experiences and perceptions regarding genetic testing and return of results in a hypothetical GGR setting. Findings show that most of the respondents had general awareness of DNA-related genetic testing, were supportive of GGR, genetic testing and feedback of results, although relatively few had undergone genetic testing and no participation in GGR.
