New Published April 23, 2025 7:43 pm This week our Jr. Forecaster, Emma, is a 4th grade student at Pine Ridge Elementary and loves science and math. KTVZ-TVSnow Report (KTVZ News) New Published April 23, 2025 11:26 am All resorts are grooming and tending to the snow that is left on the mountains, not much more snow is anticipated this season. There may be some snow over the weekend, but not much, but should add to our numbers and help keep the runs open longer. Stay safe and enjoy the rides.

New Published April 23, 2025 11:41 am We are continuing to see plenty of sunshine in the afternoon hours and mostly clear skies overnight. The low temperatures in the clear and cloud free sky have been dipping below freezing each of the past few nights and that will continue tonight. If you have some dangling ornamental plants, you have put out on your porch already, you may want to bring them inside overnight in the cold air, just to be on the safe side.

New Published April 22, 2025 1:45 pm The region continues to stay on the sunny side of the street with temperatures rising into the 60s.  This pattern is expected to extend through Thursday and possibly hit the 70s Thursday afternoon. There is a prescribed burn today near La Pine, but the air quality is still in the good to moderate ranges in Southern Deschutes County. Wednesday will be a dry day with some clouds moving into the area later in the day.

Feels like temps for the morning commute will be in the single digits in some locations. Blowing snow may provide some problems with visibility in some locations Thursday morning. https://t.co/DySyeG418O https://t.co/R1twdyb8A6
