None of us is an island. If we want to achieve our goals, whether inside or outside the workplace, we will need to involve other people, and that means communicating effectively with them. It’s wonderful when we have fantastic ideas or carefully formulated plans, but if we can’t communicate them to others then we won’t achieve our goals. For effective communication, we must first get the basics right and then understand our own and others' personality filters.
