The Philadelphia Eagles are 7-1, and no other team in the NFL has just one blemish on their record. They have scored 28 PPG, and only two teams are currently scoring at a better clip. Their defense, on the other hand, is currently 18th allowing 21.5 PPG. It’s a mixed bag. There are reasons, and there are excuses. Let’s examine. Giving up 31 points to the Commanders is definitely critique worthy. Doing it twice in the span of a month is ridiculous.
