There are concerns over federal immigration policy at a Napa music festival this weekend. A couple of the bands, including a very popular group from Mexico, were forced to pull out of La Onda over problems with their visas. It'll now be up to voters in San Francisco's Sunset District to decide whether to remove District Four Supervisor Joel Engardio over his handling of the closure of a two-mile stretch of the Great Highway.
