Kade Anderson was exactly as advertised in LSU baseball's 4-1 opening win against No. 3 Arkansas at the College World Series. The Tigers' southpaw put together an absolute gem of an outing vs. the Razorbacks at Charles Schwab Field Omaha on June 14, as he went seven innings and struck out seven hitters while only giving up one run on three hits. He exited in the bottom of the eighth inning after giving up a lead single into right field by Arkansas on his 100th pitch of the evening.
