    PROSSER- On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, a Prosser Police Officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle observed speeding in the 2300 block of Wine Country Road. The vehicle initially stopped near the intersection of Wine Country Road and Wittkopf Loop. However, as officers approached, the driver fled eastbound on Wittkopf Loop. It was later determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Kennewick.
