In Healing With Stress is Gone (6/30/23), I discussed my participation in Brett Cotter’s online Masterclass Certification Program Stress is Gone Method (SIG). It is a  3-month class meeting one evening each week including him facilitating Meditation three mornings per week via Zoom. Brett invited me to take the courses after having experienced the tragic death of my granddaughter, Molly Jean to SIDS/SUIDS at six months of age.

Margaret (Peggy) Irene Maupin, 98, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2025, surrounded by her family and in the care of hospice during her final days. Peggy was born on April 10, 1926, in Brookfield, Missouri, to Glenn and Alice Moore. However, her birth father died when she was quite young and her mother later married Ruel Jones, who Peggy knew as her father and was known as granddad to her children. She lived most of her childhood in Brookfield.

In  Overcoming Chronic Pain (11/12/21)  I wrote that “Learning and understanding about pain causes fear and is a part of life.” There is a Mind-Body Connection where the pain is amplified by attempting to control it. This suggests it affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In  A New Approach to Understanding and Treating Chronic Pain (12/10/21), I referred to the “Pain – Hardy” equation.
