Washington State's athletic organizations appear strongly committed to forcing women to compete against men in sports. On Monday, the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) revealed that a measure to protect women's sports, which would have mandated participating athletes participate on sports teams according to their biological gender, failed to pass by a single vote.
