A 40-year-old man was arrested and charged with four counts of theft after electrical and laundry items were stolen from local supermarkets between March 9 and April 4. He was also charged with possessing cannabis.

The incident happened around 7.40am on Friday, March 21 in Holgate Walk off Abbots Drive. Three young males, wearing balaclavas, pushed a female over as she left a property and stole her mobile work phone before making off on e-scooters.

Kirsty Emery, aged 37, was arrested by patrolling officers last week in connection with thefts carried out between March 8 and 13. Emery, of Monmouth Road, Worksop, has now been charged with four counts of theft and is due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 23 April.

Officers were called to an address in Mansfield Woodhouse on March 23, after reports that a man had forced his way into a woman’s home and assaulted her. After an initial search of the area for the attacker proved unsuccessful, a police drone pilot was called in to survey the area with a thermal imaging camera.
