A NEW Irish website is aiming to give horse racing punters the inside track on the country's "rich tapestry" of equine greats. Irishracinglegends.com is the brainchild of John Kelly - a former sports sub-editor with over 40 years of experience at The Irish Times newspaper, tracking Ireland's best runners and riders.  And John, 65, hopes his mammoth undertaking of record-keeping can fire up the appetite of the Cheltenham punters when the ice eventually melts for The Festival in March.
