Pathologists carrying out post mortem examinations on dead transgender people may no longer be told their birth sex unless it is directly related to how they died or will become obvious during the procedure. Medical notes about the deceased sent to pathologists may even need to be redacted, to erase all mention of their biological sex, if it is for certain less intrusive examinations.

A British man died after deadly super strength synthetic opioids were found in his system after he used vapes bought online. People are being warned against buying vapes from abroad after Frederick Ireland-Rose, 30, was found dead with one of the vapes in his hand. Toxicology testsfound high levels of potent nitazenes in his system. It is believed to be one of the first times the deadly drug has been found in a vape in the country.

A London-based people smuggling ring that loaded migrants into lorry trailers and attempted dangerous journeys from the UK to France has been dismantled by the National Crime Agency (NCA). Videos found on the phone of one of the ringleaders, filmed by one of those they were trying to smuggle, showed terrified migrants screaming for help in the back of a locked trailer. In total 12 members of the crime group have now been convicted as a result of the NCA’s extensive investigation.

JUST a day after the Labour Government's major U-turn on launching a national inquiry into the grooming gangs scandal, it has today announced a countrywide operation to investigate the offenders. The National Crime Agency (NCA), which is not a police force, will "target predators" who have sexually exploited children as part of a gang, the Home Office has just announced.
