Not long after Luke Evangelista suffered a lower-body injury, Steven Stamkos suffered an injury of his own, leaving the Nashville Predators down to 10 forwards against the mighty Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night. Stamkos, 34, played 9:30 of ice time, won one of five faceoffs, and was on the ice for a goal against before leaving due to injury. The two-time Stanley Cup champion hadn't played for the Predators after 12:19 of the second period.
