On Air France/delta 7333/8363 on ground in marseille. Physically Violent shrieking disturbed passenger at boarding and the captain and crew are keeping him onboard. It’s unbelievable.

Hi @SixtUSA I rented a car, and at the advice of your representative I paid for a tank of gas in advance, then was billed anyway for an empty tank upon return. I reached out to Customer service for a refund and have yet to hear from anyone.

Bye!
