Rockport Town Manager Jon Duke issued the following report in advance of the Select Board's Dec. 9 meeting. That meeting will take place in the Geoffrey Parker Meeting Room at the Rockport Opera House at 6 p.m. The meeting's agenda includes a consideration of the Harbor Committee's work plan, the Budget Committee's bylaws, action on a revised Harbor Fee schedule and fire and EMS personnel policies and procedures amendment, and cosigning a warrant for a Jan.
