Photo by Cooper Neill/Getty Images Happy Schedule Release Day to all who celebrate — which, in theory, is all of us. We’d all like to know when the Packers are playing, right? That’s probably true, even though we already know who the Packers are playing this year and have for some time. Even if there aren’t technically that many surprises, I can’t help but get caught up in the schedule release hype.

Eric Hartline-Imagn Images Football is — or has become — a game by, about, and for quarterbacks. If you’ve got a good one, you’re a contender pretty much no matter how good (or bad!) the rest of your roster may be. If you don’t, well, good luck hitting the quarterback lottery in next year’s draft. You’re going to need it!In the 2025 season, the Packers face a pretty varied crop of quarterbacks. Here’s an absolutely definitive and in no way subjective ranking of those quarterbacks.

Photo by Joshua Bessex/Getty Images The Packers coordinators spoke with the media Monday, giving us a theoretical glimpse into how the 2025 Packers will actually shape up. Adam Stenavich envisions a lot of competition on the offensive line. Jeff Hafley wants a more versatile defensive front.

Jeff Hanisch-Imagn Images Let’s get this out of the way up top: this is a selfish post. But I think that’s okay. I watch the Packers for my benefit, so I want watching the Packers to be as convenient for me as possible. Maybe that’s selfish, but I call it realistic. That’s why I don’t want the Packers to play on Thanksgiving or Christmas this year. Or, really, any year for that matter.

Dan Powers/USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images In football, what you deserve has little to do with what you get. Good teams frequently get beaten by bad ones. The very best team often doesn’t win the Super Bowl. Players who work hard to reach the top of their craft get injured and lose their golden opportunity. But if anybody deserves something, the Green Bay Packers deserve to open the 2025 season at home.

I forced @JuMosq and @TylerDBrooke to talk about the NFL Draft with me and almost an hour went by before they realized they could just end the Zoom call. https://t.co/NAn8oUEBzU

Gonna just use this for auto-tweeting links to stuff I write going forward, and no promises on that. My stuff is all in the links in the pinned tweet.
