Jon Pardi has given up drinking for the time being, sharing during a recent appearance on Amazon Music’s Country Heat Weekly podcast that he is 112 days sober. Pardi noted that health issues contributed to his decision, as he had learned that he was pre-diabetic. “I’ve been 112 days sober,” he said. “I’ve lost a bunch of weight. I was pre-diabetic, and I was just like, ‘I gotta stop.’”The 38-year-old noted that he considers himself in “retirement” from drinking, a decision that could change.
