Good morning…Our next storm system is coming down with the jet stream in northwest flow and reaches Oklahoma late Saturday into Saturday night. The lower levels of the atmosphere are rather stable but this system is packed with cold air aloft and this makes it unstable. So expected some scattered t’storms late Saturday into Saturday night. There’s a Marginal Risk for severe weather with large hail and damaging winds the main threats. Stay tuned.

Evapotranspiration is a real thing so let’s just hold off on the 90s shall we. How about 80s with very muggy conditions for Oklahoma City next week. I think that’s a more likely scenario but who the heck am I.

OKC is closing in on the wettest April since records have been kept. I think this is pretty amazing! #okwx
