SHADY SPRING, W.Va. (WVVA) - The best of the best got together at Shady Spring High School for the annual 35th Little General Scott Brown All-Star Classic. Girls teams were made up of Jan Care (Class AAAA/A) and Chick-Fil-A (Class AAA/AA). In the girls game, Jan Care would get out to a 12-0 lead, before Chick-Fil-A would fight to get it back to a two-point game at halftime. In the second half, Chick-fil-A would lead at one point before Jan Care would retake it and never look back, winning it 77-65.
Graham’s Skyler Koen signs to Bluefield University Esports

BLUEFIELD, Va. (WVVA) - Graham High School has had a multitude of student-athletes sign to the next level across various sports, but on Monday, Skyler Koen signed to the next level for a sport that nobody from Tazewell County has ever done before. Koen signed her national letter of intent to play Esports, more specifically Rocket League, at the next level for Bluefield University.
