A traffic accident resulted in five people being admitted to hospital this morning in the city centre. The incident occurred on Dorset Street at around 9:30 am this morning. Gardaí and emergency services responded to the scene. Five people were brought to the Mater Hospital for their injuries. Gardaí say the collision involved a bus and an ambulance. No other additional information has been made available.

EuroPCR 25 - Real-world findings from the REVEAL-AFMR registry show transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) is associated with improved prognosis in patients with atrial functional mitral regurgitation (AFMR). We are joined by Dr Tomohiro Kaneko (Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine, Tokyo, JP) to discuss outcomes from a retrospective cohort study analysing data from the REVEAL-AFMR registry to investigate the impact of TEER on prognosis in patients with AFMR.

All Sport The 2025 British and Irish Lions squad has been announced. In a live ceremony in London's O2 arena, head coach Andy Farrell revealed his 38-man squad. To no surprise, England's Maro Itoje has been named as captain for the tour. There were 15 Irish players selected, which is more Irish than any of the last five tours. Caelan Doris was unlucky to miss out as he recovers from shoulder surgery. Sam Prendergast wasn't picked as one of three 10s, with Farrell opting for other selections.
