After two years of hell, Bellevue deadbeat tenants Sang and Youjin Kim have finally been kicked out of their rental property. After numerous legal rulings against them, the Kims were supposed to vacate by Saturday. But they went past the deadline and left a mess. It’s unclear where the Kims are headed. But they have kids in the Bellevue school district and it appears they have found another property. If they are renting, good luck to the landlord.

An annual Seattle march for Martin Luther King Jr. Day was co-opted by anti-Israel and other radical organizations, despite King’s well-known support for Zionism. Hundreds of people marched through Seattle Central District, some of whom chanted “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” while wearing keffiyehs, scarfs often sported by Hamas terrorists, and waving Palestinian flags.

Chinatown-ID residents are furious and ready to protest after Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell delays closure of controversial DESC shelter for homeless drug addicts in Little Saigon. Community advocates say this “low barrier” facility is a magnet for crime, chaos, and death. Look at this hoard of addicts smoking and dealing fentanyl. “There is about 30 to 40 to 50 people — I can’t tell, they’re all massed together — standing right outside on the corner,” describes former City Councilmember Tanya Woo.

Monday afternoon, first responders raced to Seattle’s Chinatown-ID for another drug induced mental health freak out. Last week, I warned city leaders about this encampment across the street from Summit Sierra High. It’s littered with drug supplies, feces, and abandoned tents. Nothing has changed. HAPPENING NOW: Homeless drug addicts have ripped through a fence and are now setting up an encampment right across the street from Summit Sierra High School in Chinatown-ID.
