There are 92 days left until the first day of the Carolina Panthers 2025 season. With that, we talk about the man wearing number 92 for the Panthers, defensive lineman Tershawn Wharton. One offseason after investing most of their available resources in shoring up the offensive line, the Panthers' front office did the same for their defensive front this offseason. One of the pickups was Tershawn Wharton. He had spent the previous five seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs and won two Super Bowls.

He started at a precipice of sorts being the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft after the Carolina Panthers traded a haul to move up and make the pick. He was greeted by what turned out to be a very dysfunctional and short lived coaching staff that steered the team to a 2-15 record.

With that in mind, we take time to look at the guy wearing number 93 for the Panthers, defensive tackle LaBryan Ray. Ray spent five injury riddled seasons as a rotational defensive lineman at Alabama. He went undrafted after his collegiate career but did enough to latch onto the Patriots practice squad for the 2023 season.
