When Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald and general manager John Schneider chose their 53-man roster before the 2024 season, it was not radically different from the team that had taken the field in 2023. Meanwhile, a different first-year coach, Dan Quinn, across the country in Washington, blew up his entire roster. Almost two-thirds of the players from the previous season were gone.
